Moses Lieberman

Moses Lieberman joined the Edmonton Eskimos in 1915 and played football for the next six years until he was stopped by injuries. He was the Eskimos' manager in 1922 when they were the first western team to compete for the Grey Cup. He later became a football official and the President of the Western Canada Rugby Football Union. In the late thirties, Moses Lieberman became a director on the Eskimos Board and was president when they won the Grey Cup in both 1955 and 1956.
