Albert Clark

Boxing Builder - Inducted 1978

Albert Clark has served boxing continuously as an organizer, coach, trainer, judge and referee. Since 1948, besides organizing the Taber Boxing Club, he took the Alberta team to the Dominion Championships in 1958. He also acted as coach, manager, and trainer for the team at the British Empire Game Trials in Vancouver. The "Jack Brodie Trophy" was presented to Albert Clark in 1957 as Coach of the Year. He was appointed National Registrar for the Canadian Boxing Association in 1978.
